Summer Fitness Special

Rock the lawn!

Staying in town during the non-lecture period and wanting to keep fit? Then how about attending our Summer Fitness Special on the ISSW stadium lawn?

This 6-week open air programme takes place from 28 July to 4 September, Monday through Thursday, is free of charge and open to anybody. So bring your friends along! There is enough space for all!

The events are held only in good weather/when the grass is dry. No sign-up required, just come by and join in!

    18.00 – 19.00: Body Workout (Shuai)
    19.15 – 20.15: Summer Yoga (Anna)
  • Thursday
    18.00 – 19.00: Reggaetonfit (Helen)
    19.15 – 20.15: HIIT (Julius/Laura)
