Summer Fitness Special
Rock the lawn!
Staying in town during the non-lecture period and wanting to keep fit? Then how about attending our Summer Fitness Special on the ISSW stadium lawn?
This 6-week open air programme takes place from 28 July to 4 September, Monday through Thursday, is free of charge and open to anybody. So bring your friends along! There is enough space for all!
The events are held only in good weather/when the grass is dry, not in rain. If it is not raining but the grass is wet we can relocate to the hard court. Whether the programme takes place or not is up to the trainers; sometimes the decision can only be taken on rather short notice and on the spot.
No sign-up required, just come by and join in!

19.15 – 20.15: Yoga Pilates (Mina) – please bring your own yoga mat - Tuesday
18.00 – 19.00: Pilates (Christiane) – please bring your own yoga mat
19.15 – 20.15: Fit4Fun (Ronja) - Wednesday
18.00 – 19.00: Body Workout (Shuai)
19.15 – 20.15: Summer Yoga (Anna) – please bring your own yoga mat - Thursday
18.00 – 19.00: Reggaetonfit (Helen)
19.15 – 20.15: HIIT (Julius/Laura)
