Linking to other webpages

In its judgment of May 12, 1998, the Hamburg Regional Court ruled that providers may be liable for linked content on their webpages. According to the ruling, providers can only prevent this by distancing themselves from such content.

We therefore explicitly distance ourselves from the content of any pages we link to on our website and do not adopt them as our own.

This statement applies to all links displayed on our website as well as to any content on the webpages we link to.
